Infiniti IPL G Convertible Concept

It's official: we're into the hot and heavy part of the New York Auto Show pregame. The latest entrant: Infiniti's IPL G Convertible concept.

Joining the IPL G Coupe revealed last year at Pebble Beach, the Convertible adds the fun and flair of top-down cruising to the Infiniti Performance Line Coupe's punchy performance. No official details or stats have been revealed on the car yet--just these three photos--but we expect it to share specs with the hard-top version.

That means a Nismo-derived 338-horsepower 3.7-liter V-6 engine, a seven-speed paddle-shifted automatic transmission, larger brakes, a quicker steering ratio, 19-inch wheels, unique interior and exterior trim, and a high-spec, feature-packed interior. We'll have live shots and official details for you as soon as they're available.
