Last night the 2012 Audi Q3 broke cover ahead of its Shanghai Auto Show debut, revealing a svelte crossover with an intriguing array of 2.0-liter four-cylinders and solid good looks. This video and new handful of photos gives an even better idea of what to expect.

Unfortunately, there's no further info on whether the diesel versions will make it to our streets. We can hope, but in the meantime, that 211-horsepower TFSI option looks pretty attractive.

    Now that is what we are talking about. Yes Audi, we are tired of waiting for the VW Tiguan TDI with 4 Motion. Please deliver the goods or Q3 Quattro TDI in the video to the USA from day one!
