NFS Shift 2 Unleashed: Dangerous Corners
Need For Speed Shift 2 Unleashed is shaping up to be an epic racing game. It might not have the 1,000+ cars or bajillion tracks of GT5, but it looks to be an order of magnitude more concerned with realism and actual racing. We'll have to withhold judgment until we get our hands on its shiny game CD, however.
Until then, we have a stream of videos to watch. With just four days to go until the game is available for retail sale here in the U.S. (March 29) the videos are ramping up in intensity--and, in this case, cheesiness. The point is legitimate enough (some corners can be scary, especially at night, and most are thrilling when taken flat out at the limits of adhesion), but the presentation is a bit over the top.
