This is one of the first videos of the new Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 revving its mighty 700-horsepower, 6.5-liter V-12 engine--and though the sound quality isn't great, it holds the promise of things to come.
An official-looking video from Autogespot made its way onto the web in mid-February, a few weeks before the car's debut at the Geneva Motor Show, and it has even better samples of what the Aventador will sound like--but this one features the car in production trim.
Considering that you won't be able to buy one for at least another year unless you're already on the order books, this may be as close as some of us get to the real thing, barring a flyby on a local road or a very special Cars & Coffee-type event.
