2008 Lamborghini Gallardo

2008 Lamborghini Gallardo

Thieves managed to steal a 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo belonging to celebrity chef Guy Fieri early on Tuesday morning. The car was stolen from a dealership in San Francisco where the thieves had to use climbing gear to obtain the keys from the high security lot.

Apparently they climbed onto the roof of the dealership, attached a rope, and then lowered themselves into the showroom. No other vehicles were stolen despite there being a Bentley and a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder also on the lot.

Valued at more than $200,000, the car will be next to useless to the thieves in terms of monetary value as it will be impossible to sell without it being traced somehow. The bright yellow Gallardo, similar to the one pictured above, is certain to attract a lot of attention and could even have a tracking device inside.

You may recognize Fieri as the star of the game show "Minute to Win It" and "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives." He couldn’t be reached for comment on his stolen ride.
