This driver's urban ultra-mobility cocktail is made of one part Smart car and one part all-terrain Segway. It also has a dash of crazy, for flavor.

We're not exactly sure what's going on here, except that we kind of like it and kind of hate it all at once. Perhaps that has something to do with the caption on the photo as it was sent to us: "SF bay area elitist wussies." We have no idea what is meant by that, but it does have a certain ring to it.
