You can be one of the first people in the world to drive the new Audi A3 RS on March 3. Well, sort of. Audi will be releasing a new version of the Asphalt racing game for the iPhone that showcases the company's new RS 3 hatchback.

Available through Apple's App Store, Asphalt Audi RS 3 racing game is based on the extremely popular Asphalt game. Now in its sixth version, Asphalt has sold more than 20 million copies since its debut. Players can drive the car either through the touch screen, or by tilting the iPhone as a steering wheel. A Tokyo or Bahamas track is available for racing, and you can even customize your RS 3.

If racing your iPhone's processor isn't enough for you, there's also an Asphalt Audi RS 3 Contest which may land a real RS 3 in your driveway. And not a stripped down one, either: Audi promises one with the S line sport package, leather interior, xenon headlights, and a BOSE sound system. To win, you have to have the fastest time around the Bahamas track after three rounds. The contest is available to anybody in the U.S., Germany, Australia, Belgium, China, France, the U.K., Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, Mexico, the Netherlands, Austria, Russia, Switzerland, Spain and South Korea. The contest runs from March 3 through March 16, so you'll want to download the app onto your iPhone (or iPod Touch or iPad) as soon as it's available.

This isn't the first iPhone game from Audi, of course. To check them all out, go to Audi's app site, and you can find out more about Asphalt at Gameloft.
