Re-sculpted for the new model year and sporting the new 465-horsepower 6.4-liter HEMI common to the SRT8 line, the 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8 is an imposing piece of American machinery--particularly in SRT8 trim.

The gaping maw of a grille, aggressive body kit, and massive wheels work together, but they may be working too hard. On the other hand, it's an icon to excess that many may love. We're still undecided, though if it drives as well as the previous model--and has those fantastic, easy-chair seats--we're sure it'll do well among its target market.
