If you can't find a 2012 Boss Mustang at your local dealer--after all, the production numbers are pretty limited--you might want to try Barrett-Jackson, if you have the means.

The auction house is having its 40th Annual Collector Car Auction in Scottsdale, Arizona, on January 22nd, and to celebrate, it has teamed up with Ford to auction off one Grabber Blue 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca. Only one will be built.

All proceeds above the car's sticker price will go to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, which is looking for a cure for Type 1 diabetes.
