When the GMC Sierra All Terrain HD Concept was first previewed ahead of its debut at next week's Detroit Auto Show, all we got was a meager handful of photos and a 360-degree video. Today GM fixes that with this gallery exposing the truck in more detail, including the interior.

As GMC's "concept only" exploration of the extremes of heavy-duty offroad capability, the All Terrain HD packs a modified production-based chassis housing a Duramax diesel and Allison 1000 six-speed transmission, but that's where the similarities end. Race-grade dampers, long-travel suspension, better departure and approach angles, and a host of other upgrades make this perhaps the ultimate hauler for serious backcountry.
