We brought you the full details on the new CL-Class AMG line back in July, complete with the impressive new 5.5-liter twin-turbo V-8 under the hood. Seeing it in person inspires a whole new level of lust, however, with the busy front end less noticeable than the gorgeously sculted curves of the roofline, fenders, and hood.

Starting at a mere $150,250, the 2011 CL63 AMG isn't for everyone, but for those with the means to acquire one, it's sure to be a rewarding drive between the seven-speed SpeedShift MCT transmission and the available AMG Performance upgrade to 563 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque.

    You're right, there is something "off" with that front grille although I can't quite verbalize exactly what it is. If it weren't for the three pointed star, I would not have recognized the 11' CLS as a Benz at all from the front angle; it looks completely redesigned. Too bad there aren't any interior shots.
    Gorgeous car but a little bit too expensive for my blood. I'd rather stick with something more reasonably priced like the 2011 E-class coupe (which replaced the CLK's).
