In January of 2011, Sony will release The Green Hornet, starring a leaner, meaner Seth Rogen and one very fine Chrysler Imperial that is not so different from the one that Jon Hamm drove on Mad Men, except Seth's has guns. Big ones.
If you're familiar with the Green Hornet storyline, you know Rogen's character is a newspaper publisher. That's a carryover from the 1930s radio drama that will have to be explained to younger moviegoers, who will probably mouth the word "nooze-pay-per?" much as Helen Keller did "wa-ter". Also needing some explanation to tykes: Rogen's costar, Edward Furlong, who's been mostly invisible to the general public since he stopped bedding Paris Hilton lo those many years ago. Perhaps they should add some Pop-Up Video-style thought bubbles in post.
Black Beauty -- the Green Hornet's ride that was built from the aforementioned Chrysler Imperial -- needs far less explanation, because really, all anyone has to do is look at it to see its awesomeness. And plenty of folks will have the opportunity to do plenty of looking, as the Black Beauty makes a tour of auto shows this fall and spring.
While we're waiting for the tour dates and locations to appear in our inbox, gearheads can take a gander at Black Beauty's specs below. We hope the movie itself is as wondrous to behold. Since it's been directed by the amazing Michel Gondry -- the man behind jaw-dropping videos for Daft Punk, Kylie Minogue, and more -- we have our hopes up.

P. S.
Should I be in need of 1 or a replica of it without the weapons how much and where would I find it?
