It was all the way back in 2008 that Pagani approved plans for the construction of a new plant near its original facility in San Cesario sul Panaro, Italy.

The construction is now complete and this video takes you through the whole process, revealing in detail the showroom located at the front and the rustic influences that went into the design.

The plant spans some 62,000 square feet and features a design inspired by the greenhouse of a French chateau owned by one of Pagani’s customers.

Pagani estimates an annual production capacity of 300 cars but to retain exclusivity the company will cap production at just 45 cars per year for the time being. The first model to be produced at the plant will be the recently spied Huayra Roadster, which like the Huayra coupe will be limited to just 100 cars in total.

Look for the Huayra Roadster to make its world debut next March at the 2017 Geneva auto show.
