Do you have an old cellphone laying around that you have no use for? Well, it could be possible to turn that phone into a used Porsche. All you have to do is start working the barter section of your local Craigslist page.

Remember the famous story of the guy who traded from a paper clip all the way to a house? Now it has happened again with a 17-year-old from Los Angeles who started with a cellphone and ended up with a 2000 Porsche Boxster.

His two year stint of trading went from the cellphone to an iPod, a couple of dirtbikes, then some cars, an SUV and finally the mid-engined Boxster. Imagine that, being 17 years old and earning yourself something that usually serves its purpose as a midlife crisis.
