NADAGuides pricing for the
2011 Dodge Challenger has been revealed ahead of any official press release from
Chrysler with a few models getting a big bump in price. Details about the 2011 Dodge Challenger so far have been a mystery but wide speculation and reports have the new SRT8 model coming with a 6.4-liter HEMI V-8 producing somewhere in the neighborhood of 480 horsepower and a redesigned interior. Also for the base model V-6 Challenger a new Pentastar V-6 has been reported. These new engines were needed to keep pace with the
Ford Mustang and Camaro who are both introducing updated engines.
Prices for the 2011 Challenger base model V-6 are $23,695 up from $23,695. The 2011 R/T coupe model starts at $32,770, up from a 2010 price of $31,610. Another model listed on the NADA site is a R/T Classic which starts at $32,770, the same as the regular R/T model. The 2011 SRT8 starting price is the only one of the three models to actually drop to $43,100 from a 2010 price of $43,680.
