Over at Cars.com they have put together a neat little interactive map of towns across the U.S. that are most interested in the new Ford Mustang,
Chevrolet Camaro and Dodge Challenger based on search popularity. The interactive map shows us a percentage, which is the amount of searches above the Cars.com average search. Many large cities were left off the map as they are less prevalent.
Basically in layman's terms the map shows percentage wise how much more folks are searching for one of the three pony cars over other other vehicles in their area. For example in Hutchinson, Minnesota folks have searched 1894% more for the Ford Mustang than any other vehicle which is surprising. Also here in Texas where I reside some town I never heard of called Hereford is searching 670% more for the Ford Mustang than any other car. These are just two of the larger percentage examples but there are many more to explore througout the U.S. Take some time and explore the map--its very fascinating to see what areas are more interested in one of the three pony cars than other vehicles.
Check out the interactive map over at Cars.com.
