The UK has reason to celebrate this week even though their soccer team was ousted from the World Cup earlier than planned as General Motors announces the Chevrolet Camaro will be go on sale in the UK starting the first half of 2011. GM made the announcement at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, a historic motoring event which takes place in West Sussex, England each year. The only model available for UK buyers will be the Camaro SS with its 6.2-liter V-8 producing 426 horsepower. No word whether a right-hand-drive Camaro will be offered at this time but dont fret left-hand drive cars are allowed. Pricing and specifications will be made available closer to launch day. Customers who wish to purchase a Camaro in the UK can visit www.chevrolet.co.uk to register their interest.

I was at a Ford Dealer with one of my friends who was looking for a new (at the time) 2005 mustang. They didn't have one so we looked at a 2000 GT. What a piece of ****. Sure the car looks good but the interior is just ******* ugly. Plastic that's lose and rattles. The guys at GM definitely spent more time and money building the interior of the 1993-02 Camaros. I used a 96 V6 camaro and wow it sure was a nice ride. Handles great and good throttle response. (Mustang is famous for shitty handling).
