Car fans around the world, the time for celebrating is upon us: Top Gear, Season 15 starts tomorrow night! Unfortunately, the new season will only be aired in the UK before eventually making its way to BBC America in a few months (assuming the BBC keeps to their normal routine). But, if you just can’t wait to get your fill of those three middle-aged buffoons, well...I’m not suggesting that you start browsing for torrents tomorrow night. And for those of you who don’t understand what I just said, don’t worry; if you don’t, that just means that you have no chance at ending up in jail for digital piracy.
Also on the Top Gear front, the show is rumored to be getting a new reasonably priced car for its celebrity guests to act silly (excuse me, “race”) in. So say, “Goodbye Chevy Lacetti. Hello, mystery car.” Somebody managed to snap a photo (shown above) of Richard Hammond unveiling the new reasonably priced car during the show’s rehearsals this week, and the online forums have been ablaze with chatter from all of Sherlock Holmes’s car-loving relatives. The web’s best guess: the Kia Cee’d. Although the Kia isn’t available in the U.S., it’s been getting a lot of attention in Europe, having won numerous awards for both the car’s merits and for its unique seven-year warranty.
