Apple's latest gadget the iPad is an amazing product to say the least with an unlimited amount of possibilities and uses for just about any situation or need.  A need that has not gone totally overlooked by the tech world was the possibility of installing it in your car and making it work.  Well, one forum member by the name of "koach" over on Stangnet.com took it upon himself to install an Apple iPad into his 2006 Ford Mustang GT and the end result is nothing short of greatness as it looks like the iPad was made for the Mustangs dash.

The iPad has the capabilities to surf the net with its 3G internet, stream music, give onboard diagnostics through an app, provide GPS navigation, email, update your calendar and contacts plus so much more.

Check out a video of the iPad Mustang install in action as the owner gives a demonstration.  For more on what was used to do the install check out Stangnet.com for all the details.
