“I’m sorry, but you’re not allowed to eat in my car. And you can only drink water.” This phrase has been said millions of times by thousands upon thousands of new car owners. However, occasionally, the vehicle is not a mere couple of weeks old. Some cars have been kept crumb-free for years as their owners futilely attempt to preserve that pristine new car condition. But at last, some new car owners will be able to cast off the shackles of protectiveness, throw caution to the wind, and volunteer for carpool duty for the neighborhood reprobates; excuse me, children.

Mercedes-Benz Financial’s recently introduced First Class Exterior and First Class Interior insurance programs, Merc owners no longer need to worry about the minor scrapes and stains that come with car ownership, as these two insurance programs aim to protect the paint and fabric of the vehicle.
According to Anamika Singhal, the general manager of Mercedes-Benz Financial, Insurance Americas Division, that the new insurance programs were created “based on feedback and input we got from our dealerships, from dealership interviews, and dealer surveys.” The offerings, created last month, are expected to be among some of the more popular options available; along with the extended service contract and the First Class Wheel and Tire Protection.
BMW, not to be out-classed by their rivals, is expected to introduce a similar protection program in the near future. The good news is, for those of you with high anxiety, you can now breathe a little easier. The bad news: you just have to be able to afford a Merc.
