The Ferrari Driving Experience

Any sports car fanatic has always dreamed of driving a Ferrari. The thrill of driving one of the fastest, sportiest, and most desired vehicles on the market is truly incredible. Experienced drivers question whether the Ferrari novices could even handle such a vehicle, but with the new Ferrari Driving Experience, you can get your shot at driving and learning to handle an array of Ferrari models.

Located in the heart of Italy, where the automaker originates from, the Ferrari Driving Experience is a two day training program where you and 15-18 others get to drive the 458 Italia, 430 Scuderia, 599 HGTE and California at the Circuit Mont-Tremblant, a world renowned race track.

Along with your program comes five star accommodations at the Hotel Quintessence, event memorabilia, photos, and more. The program is taught by veteran road racers such as Jeff Segal, Nick Longhi, J.F. Dumoulin, and Anthony Lazzaro, and designed to teach you how to drive a Ferrari properly. Techniques taught include proper acceleration, identifying proper lines on the racetrack, threshold braking, and more. After completing the first two-day program of “Basic Training”, “Advanced Training” can be completed.

But don’t plan on traveling to Italy to attend the Ferrari Driving Experience without it leaving a dent in your back pocket. Basic Training starts at $9,400; advanced at $11,900. Also be sure to have your car insurance in check, because if you wreck one of these cars, I can assure you they aren’t cheap to replace.

  1. Mount Tremblant is not in Italy. It's in Quebec. Unfortunately, you must be a Ferrari owner to participate. And apparently they occasionally do give away a slot.
