The folks at Livernois Motorsports are known for building some of the most insane horsepower shredding vehicles on the planet but this time they have turned their attention to the sleeper sedan known as the 2010 Ford Taurus SHO.  The Taurus SHO is powered by a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V-6 delivering 365 horsepower via its stock twin-turbocharged setup and according to Livernois is vastly underrated by Ford.

The video below shows us what a Livernois tuned 2010 Taurus SHO can do up against a 2011 Mustang GT with a host of suspension upgrades including FRPP lowering springs, adjustable dampers, Steeda sway bar, bump steer kit, adjustable Panhard bar and Maximum Motorsports caster/camber plates.

The results may shock you a bit but hopefully it won't deter any future buying decisions.

  1. I don't know who was driving the Stang, but they blew the launch big time. Were they sleeping or texting when they got the go? If the guys at Livernois wanted to "show" what their SHO could do, try a few more runs; one just don't get it......and put someone in the Mustang who knows how to drive. I like the turbo 6, but would much rather it be in another car...even the Fusion.
