2011 Jaguar XJ

2011 Jaguar XJ

Buyers of all 2011 model year Jaguars will benefit from free scheduled maintenance as part of a new program the automaker is introducing to help erase any images of poor reliability and expensive running costs potential customers may have.

The new Jaguar Platinum Coverage program is rather generous, offering free scheduled maintenance, no-cost replacement of major wear-and-tear parts and 24/7 roadside assistance for a period of five years or 50,000 miles.

That means there are no charges for oil changes, filters, brake pads, brake discs, brake fluids and wiper blade inserts. As some may recall, Jaguar offered a similar free maintenance program back for the 2006 model year.

The 2011 model year range includes the Jaguar XF, XK and the new XJ flagship, the latter of which goes on sale this May.

Jaguar previously offered a more basic warranty for four years or 50,000 miles.
