2010 Saleen S281 convertible
Saleen the brand is still building vehicles even though Steve Saleen has nothing to do with the company and this past weekend they unveiled the 2010 Saleen S281
convertible Mustang at the Fabulous
Fords Forever show in Southern, California. The vehicle unveiled was a black S281 convertible powered by a supercharged 485 horsepower 4.6-liter 3-valve SOHC V-8 engine. All S281 convertibles also feature the tried and true Saleen Racecraft suspension, Saleen body kit, Saleen 20-inch wheels with Pirelli tires, Saleen leather sport seats, Navigation and a host of other Saleen goodies you have come to know and love.
To me it seems a little odd they are just unveiling the S281 convertible now when Ford stopped producing the 2010 Mustang months ago. Anyhow take a look at a few photos from the unveiling below. For a complete gallery head on over to Mustangs.About.com.
