Like Tantalus grasping for the low-hanging fruit that was always out of his reach, we continue to wait..and wait...for the release of Gran Turismo 5. Trailers like this latest one, which teases the night-driving side of GT5, just make the wait all the more painful.
Perhaps another mythological Greek reference is in order, however, as the effort being put into the game is of Herculean proportions, with a definite tinge of Sisyphean futility. Nonetheless, we hold out hope that the team at Sony and Polyphony will realize the goal of finalizing the massively detailed and hugely inclusive driving game.
