The Ferrari 599 Hybrid sounds interesting to some and blasphemous to others. The car plans to use hybrid technology to help meet the European Council's 2012s strict CO2 emission limits.  However as demonstrated by other hybrids, could also allow for awesome performance.

This performance-oriented green machine was supposed to debut at this years Geneva Motor Show. As with most of these concepts, however, really debut on the internet. The folks at the CarSpyShots have gotten a hold of some shots of the Ferrari.

To emphasize the "eco-friendliness" of this hi-po hybrid, the concept seems to be painted a metallic green color with a flat black hood and matching wheels. Clear panels allows the public to see some of the technology that's going into this car. For where panels aren't practical, Ferrari will be using the tried-and-true mirrors underneath the car. The electric motor casing with the Ferrari Badge cast into it is an especially nice touch.
