Dodge Challenger at NAIAS
This year at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Michigan the
Dodge Challenger had quite the impressive showing of vehicles with several littered throughout the Dodge display along with a few in the SMS area. One of the big standouts at the Dodge display had to be the new Plum Crazy painted Challenger R/T with it's custom Katzkin white leather interior.
“The Plum Crazy paint looks so gorgeous on the Challenger sheet metal that we couldn’t help ourselves,” says Challenger brand manager Mark Mallie. “We added the white dual wide side stripes and a white interior to finish in style. Thanks to Mopar and our partners at Katzkin we have one outstanding Challenger to display!”
Other Challengers on display at the show included the aftermarket genius of Steve Saleen who brought a pair of SMS 570 Challenges adorned in Silver and Plum Crazy paint. The SMS 570 models are based on the R/T platform utilizing a supercharged 5.7-liter V-8.
