Video: 2011 Alfa Romeo Giulietta On Show

Follow Viknesh

Fans of Italian styling are anxiously awaiting Alfa Romeo's full scale return to the U.S. now that the alliance deal between the Italian auto giant and Chrysler has been well and truly signed off, but whether the Italian brand's first model to be sold locally is the recently revealed 2011 Giulietta hatchback or the upcoming replacement for the 159 sedan is still undetermined.

Either way, if the first model we get to test on local soil is the new 2011 Alfa Romeo Giulietta, we certainly won't be disappointed--at least by its styling.

The Giulietta will go up against rival hatchbacks like the Volkswagen Golf and new Ford Focus, and it will only be available as a five-door. More details and images are due closer to the car's official debut at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show in March.

Check out all the details in the video below and then head over to a previous story for all the specs revealed thus far.

  1. Small cars are getting sexier every day - Makes one wonder why anyone would bother with a massive barge like a Taurus or a LaCrosse

  2. I'm mostly basing this off of how the MiTo turned out. And the 8C, while quite voluptious, hardly has a beautiful face, IMO.
Motor Trend... yeah, their renders aren't great. Better than AutoExpress though.

  3. pretty lame video but a pretty awesome car

  4. Brian Parker if you think the LaCrosse is large you need your eyes checked same size as a Fusion or its sibling the Malibu.

  5. WOW Alfa! Welcome back! (Please let me buy one!) It would be worth owning this car just to say you're going to ride Guilietta around the block a few times... ;P
