Consumer Reports National Research Center has published their Annual Auto Survey satisfaction report and the V-8 powered
Dodge Challenger has beat out the long running fan favorite the
Toyota Prius for top honors. The ratings are based on more than 380,000 responses from Consumer Reports and ConsumerReports.org subscribers on vehicles from 2007-2010 model years. Of the responses they received for the Dodge Challenger, 92% of them said they would purchase another model given the opportunity. Not to shabby for an automobile that has had a tough time selling vehicles this past year. The Dodge Challenger beat out the
Ford Fusion Hybrid by 1-percentage point. Other models in the top ten include the
Chevrolet Corvette, Porsche 911, Acura-TL and the Toyota Prius.
