A few weeks before the SEMA show took place we wrote about this completely custom HPP Daytona Challenger from Heide Performance Products and the transformation it was going through.  At the SEMA show this was one of the vehicles I wanted to really get a look and snap some photos off but for some reason I never came upon or could find it.  I am happy to report there have been some official photos released so we can now have a look at this amazing work of art.

For those who did not read my previous post, yes this is a 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T dressed up to look like an old school Charger Daytona with a Superbird wing. The 5.7-liter HEMI under the hood was kept completely stock but the outside of the car was completely redone including the addition of the working nose cone, wheels, faux side vents and semi-custom paint matching interior.

Check out the photos below to see how this vehicle turned out.  If you want to view the build photos check out our previous post.

    Bad stuff?

  2. When i was growing up in the 70's someone in our neighborhood had a purple Charger Daytona with the large fin. I would see it around town here and there for several years. This brought back some good memories of an easier time. Although I would not turn my new challenger into a charger daytona it still looks cool.....
