It seems like every month there is another manufacturer boasting a new Nurburgring lap record for its latest model but it’s not every month that the car in question blasts the competition out of the water and has both the video evidence and independent recording to back up any claims.

Yesterday we reported about German automaker and motorsports company Gumpert Sportwagenmanufaktur setting a blistering Nurburgring lap time of 7m 11.57s for its Apollo Sport supercar, and today we have a video of the run produced by the guys at German magazine Sport-Auto.
