At this years Woodward Dream Cruise which took place this past weekend several of the automakers had large displays showing off their current products and some of the future ones as well. Among the vehicles Chrysler had on display was a
Dodge Challenger adorned with the 2010 Mopar Exterior Appearance package for the
2010 Dodge Challenger. This package is only available for the R/T model and includes a non-functional T/A style hood scoop, Mopar Decal Kit and Mopar rear spoiler for a mere $1,995. This package is only available for Torred, Silver, Black and White exterior colors. For me the price seems a bit ridiculous for a non-functioning hood scoop bolted to the hood and decal side stripes. The $2K pricetag just does not make sense and I bet most owners will sniff this one out and give it a pass.

Out of all the Challengers ordered, about 75 percent were for hemi-orange. They did not want to flood the market with too many of the same color. Helps to also hold some value in the car. That's what a Dodge rep told me.

I found one that is gray which is the color I like but its 340 miles from my location. It has evreything except for the spolier and the stripes for 26,599 which is sale price and a great deal from what I have been finding it also has the 18 in wheels and leather it is not the rally package. What do you think it would cost to get the matching color spoiler and the silver hood stripes put on it afterwards? I appreciate your input. Blessings, Mo
