We finally have the details on what's new for the 2010 Dodge Challenger model lineup.  Although the changes are minor there are definitely some added colors and features we think you will like.  There will be three main models again like the previous year, the Challenger SE, R/T and SRT8 with all three receiving limited edition variations.  New high-impact colors to join B5 Blue for the 2010 model year include Plum Crazy and Detonator Yellow with maybe a third coming later in the year, can you say Sublime, we can only hope.

For the 2010 Challenger SE we see the return of the SE Rallye package along with the Challenger R/T Classic package.  For those ordering the Challenger R/T they have the option of adding a "Super Track Pack" option that adds 20-inch Goodyear F1 tires, Nivomat shock absorbers, 3.06 axle-ratio, larger rear stabilizer bar and "ESP-off" control.  New for the Challenger SRT8 includes two new high-impact colors, Plum Crazy and Detonator Yellow.  Plum Crazy will be a limited edition model with unique Plum Crazy pearl coat, serialized dash plaque and Plum accent seat-stripe insert.

  1. Any idea about the 6.4 L engine for the SRT8? Will Hemi Orange be discontinued for the SRT8?

  3. Whats with that 3.06 rear? Thats not a performance rear at all and they're trying to play it off like its this big "super track pack" feature
"yeah i wanna race my SRT challenger hard on the track! But im concerned about my gas mileage" =D
....what?? Buy an SE for fuel economy, buy an SRT for brute power! Stop kidding us and give us a rear end thats worth a damn

  4. This is the third gear ratio I have read for my 2010 RT Classic. I assume I do have the super trac pac as my RT has the ESP disable, and I have read that it comes with 3.73, 3.92, and now I read that it comes with a 3.06.

  5. Right Evan, I question the 3.06, my 69 charger had 3.11 and was nowhere near this "hoppy" I couldn't imagine why they would put a 3.06 on a performance car.
