Lexus will be out in full strength at this year’s SEMA Auto Show, with modified versions of almost every vehicle in its lineup set to be on show in Las Vegas next month. While the performance IS-F saloon will be the highlight of the Lexus arena, there will also be a custom GS, LS and LX570 SUV.
The fully customized luxury SUV, previewed here, is the creation of off-road specialists Icon 4x4 Design. The tuner’s approach with the LX was to give it a clean and stealthy appearance through clever use of colors and trim, then top with performance improvements to further enhance the appeal of the vehicle.
Some of the styling modifications include a matte two-tone gray paint job, black chrome trim and badging, a cleaned surface devoid of side-rails and roof-racks, carbon-fiber interior trim, and full tinted windows
The performance mods, meanwhile, consist of a custom intake system, a stainless steel exhaust, 24in MOZ Calgary wheels, 285mm Pirelli Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico tires, and chunky six-piston brakes up front and four-piston units at the rear.
