This is the closest rendition of what the new Mercedes C-Class will look like. The current car has been around since 2000 and looks very dated compared to its primary rivals, the BMW 3-series and Audi A4.

It’ll get styling cues from new generation Mercedes products such as the M-Class and all new CL. Enhancements include a more prominent grille, bigger headlights and a more aggressive stance in general. The new car looks much more imposing than the last, almost like a junior S-Class. It’ll be the envy of junior executives around the world.

Wheels24 is reporting that it’ll be revealed at the Geneva Motor Show and at least some of the production will take place in South Africa. Like previous generations, there will also be a hotted up AMG version that may get Mercedes’ 500hp (378KW) 6.3L V8 under the bonnet. A range of petrol and diesel engines will also be available.

More details at Wheels 24.
