Police cars are usually pretty quick - they have to be to catch the crims. So it's no surprise that in Austria, the police make do with a Porsche 911 S as part of their crime fighting fleet. After the success of the Lamborghini Gallardo, which was used by the Italian police force as a deterrent against trying to outrun them, the Austrians felt it necessary to get a supercar of their own. The new car is so popular that the Austrian police want even more 911s to join the fleet - we know we would.
