Spy shots: 2007 Audi A5

Spy photographers in Germany have snapped the first real life shots of the upcoming Audi A5 coupe. It’s expected that Audi will launch the coupe in 2007, and follow up with a cabrio version in 2008.

Audi will offer a range of powerplants beginning from a 2.0 Turbo FSI engine generating 177hp (130KW) to a 3.2 V6 with 265hp (200KW). It’s fairly likely these will be the same engines used across the Volkswagen group. A tuned up S5 version is also expected and will come fitted out with a 4.2L V8 developing 353hp (265KW). Diesel engines developing 170, 190 and 238hp will also be available.
