GM’s flying car virals

To help reinforce their recent TV, print, and online flying car ads, GM has released viral videos of flying cars being captured by amateurs. The videos are stored on an Angelfire page that attempts, but fails horribly, to make the whole incident mysterious.

It’s fairly obvious this is done by GM with statements like “Looking closer at these videos, it appears that 100% of the flying vehicles are manufactured by General Motors (Corvette, Hummer, Escalade, Saab… all 2007 models, as far as I can tell) Is this a coincidence? Well, consider this…”

C’mon guys, you’re going to have to be a lot more subtle than this. Tech companies have already perpetuated more elaborate virals than this, so we expect something truly unique and mysterious.
