This strange looking vehicle is one man’s vision of a modern two seater city run-about. The Moon concept is the creation of Robert Hoffmann who designed the car for an auto mag. Unique features of the vehicle are the oversized rear wheels, which are inclined inwards. The design is said to provide for increased efficiency and improved dynamics. At high speeds the wheels migrate even further back and an aileron is deployed to further enhance the car’s aerodynamics. The proposed powerplant is a hybrid or electric engine even though this concept will never make it to production...
