The Big Three will be out in full force at this year’s SEMA show, and we can confirm that Chrysler will be unveiling a long wheelbase version of the 300C labelled the Pullman. The name actually comes from the stretched Mercedes Benz limos of yesteryear, and this Chrysler version will definitely live up to it. Following from the menacing Chrysler Imperial concept, which appeared at the Detroit Motor Show back in January, the Pullman might make it into production as an ultra luxury niche model.

Other changes over the standard 300C include the rear suicide doors, two separate sunroofs, huge 22in chrome wheels plus an increase in power thanks to the Bassani dual cat-back exhaust and cold air intake. Handling performance is also improved with the addition of a Hotchkiss Sportline suspension riding on Diamondback tires.

  1. ok the chrysler 300 was a hit now its time for change. here let us consider this. if the chrysler 300 is totally revamped for 2010 and without a retractable hardtop here is one to chew on. use the front header of the chrysler nassau. use the chrysler nassau taillights or something similiar to the infiniti m45 tail lights.. leave the length alone then lets stick a slight boat tail on the trunk like the imperial chrysler the 2006 concept. ok dont forget the roundness by the top of the glass on the side windows or roof line. and also give the inside a more aggressive appeal to let the people know they a new iteration of the chrysler 300c..

    Bad stuff?

  2. one other thing be sure to use the nassau head lights. the reverse of what you are considering is not appealing maybe if wraped around the corners would probably be better.......

  3. Take some of the design cues from the Exner era of the '50s and '60s. The Chrysler & Imperial tail lights of the '55 - '60 are tasteful. Copy some of them. The fins give aerodynamic interest and cause the cars to look as if they are in motion when parked. Copy some of them. CHANGE THE GRILLS OF NEW MODELS AND DO NOT NOT DESIGN THEM FOR SO-CALLED "BRANDING" PURPOSES. More than anything else, pay close attention to scale and proportion in order to achieve pleasing esthetics. Make the Chrysler autos beautiful rolling sculptures with tasteful and comfortable interiors.
