Cadillac has confirmed that its next-generation CTS sedan will spawn several other body styles including a coupe and wagon-crossover, and now we have a possible rendering of what the CTS coupe may look like. Picking up the tag CTC, short for Cadillac touring coupe, a concept version is expected to debut at January’s Detroit Motor Show. A performance version with high-output V8 will go head-to-head with BMW’s next M3 and the upcoming A5 coupe from Audi.

The car will be built off GM’s midsize Sigma II platform and run an updated version of the 3.6L V6 with around 255hp. A smaller displacement V6 may also feature. Follow the jump to see the rendering in full. You’ll have to sign up for a free subscription to view the online mag.
