A total of four exotic supercars were involved in serious accidents over the weekend, two of them crashing out while street racing. Two friends, one in a TechArt Porsche 911 and the other in a Lamborghini Murcielago, were involved in an accident on a German highway. Police at the scene claimed the cars reached speeds of up to 300km/h before the accident but both drivers made it out alive.

Another accident in the Netherlands saw a 53 year old man crash his new Ultima GTR. While driving on the A20 highway, the car's tail spun out and sent the car into a side barrier.

The fourth car involved in a crash was a Ferrari Testarossa, which met its end in Colmenarejo on the outskirts of Madrid.
