QuakeCon 2009 Shelby GT500 2010

I came across probably one of the easiest ways to win a 2010 Shelby GT500 if you can handle mingling through the hundreds of gamers at this years QuakeCon, a four-day celebration of games and the people who play them. The Kona Blue 2010 Shelby GT500 will be given away at QuakeCon 2009 as part of the "QuakeCon Ultimate Power Up" sweepstakes. A total of only 100 tickets will be awarded to QuakeCon attendees for various tasks including performances in the QuakeCon Pro, Open and Quick Draw tournaments, participation in other QuakeCon contests, events and random drawings. One winner will be randomly selected on August 15th at 9p.m. central standard time on the QuakeCon Main Stage. Just imagine if you could get your hands on one of those tickets, you would have a 1 in 100 chance of winning a new Shelby GT500, not bad odds at all.

The 14th annual QuakeCon runs from August 13-16 and will be held at Gaylord Texas Resort in Grapevine, Texas (north of DFW airport). It's the largest Bring-Your-Own-Computer Lan party in North America with nearly 3,000 people taking part. The event is free and open to the public.
