It's Official, 2010 Ford Mustang GT Has Arrived!

The 2010 Ford Mustang GT has arrived with it's leaner and more meaner look allthough changes for this refreshed Mustang go beyond what you see on the outside. Building off the success of the redesigned 2005 S197 Mustang this refreshed Mustang keeps true to form with a refined and more modern look. Exterior changes have been made to every body panel including the front & rear fascias, hood, decklid and side mirrors. Other exterior changes for the GT include four new exterior colors, four new wheel designs, LED sequential taillamps, foglamps and the antenna being moved to the rear. For the interior Ford didn't hold anything back giving the 2010 Mustang GT a myriad of options including six leather choices, Aluminum accents, Ambient lighting, dual-zone climate control, Ford SYNC and Navigation to name a few.

In the performance department Ford bumped up the horsepower on the 4.6L V8 to 315 horsepower with a new cold air induction system. The Suspension has also been beefed up with stiffer springs, larger anti-roll bars, better tires and Ford's AdvanceTrac Electronic Stability Control. The 2010 Mustang will also have the ability to run off the cheap gas with premium fuel giving the pony more torque.

For a complete breakdown of all the major changes check out the 2010 Mustang Section. High-res photos of the 2010 Mustang GT interior and exterior can be found after the jump and on our sister site MustangPhotos.com.

  1. Too bad it's still a rape of the originals. I was hoping they might do something I'd like.
