*** Update ***

It was brought to my attention this car is not a collaboration between Roush and Shelby but merely will be exhibited by them at SEMA.  The car was built by Hillbank Motorsports out of Irvine, CA with no Roush Parts.  This is what happens when I write this stuff at 2 a.m., things are blurry and I write stuff that does not exist. Thanks Drew...

*************

Roush Performance and Shelby Distribution USA will be showing a 2008 Shelby CS8 Turn 2 Mustang at this year's SEMA show in Las Vegas built by Hillbank Motorsports.  The CS8 Turn 2 Mustang will sport a Shelby Performance Parts CS8 body kit with painted-on Shelby Graphics.  Modifications to the engine include a polished Paxton Novi 2200R supercharger with a 12psi pulley, intercooler and CPR fuelrails.  For the exhaust a Magnaflow Tru-X pipe and cats along with a Magnapack dual exhaust system.  A Progress Technologies suspension with competition coil-overs, anti-roll bars, control arms and Panhard bar will keep this baby hugging the corners.  Interior mods include custom Connoly leather and Alcantara suede two-tone seats, Shelby signature trim, center gauge cluster, short shifter, billet accessories, sillplates and floor mats.  American Racing Shelby Redline wheels with BFGoodrich KDW tires, Fluidyne radiator and Torsen T-2 differential round out the mods.

More details and photos when SEMA opens up.

  1. The information posted here is incorrect. The CS8 pictured is not a collaboration between Roush and Shelby Distribution. The car was built by Hillbank Motorsports in Irvine, CA, who deals with both Roush and Shelby. However, the car does not have any Roush parts. Please be careful about declaring partnerships when none were stated.
