Back in June news came down about the
FR500CJ Mustang and the other day
Video was posted by Ford showcasing what the Cobra Jet could do at the drag strip. Today Ford has released three high-res photos of the new 2008 FR500CJ "Cobra Jet" factory drag Mustang for the public to feast on. Although no details have come out we do know a supercharged 5.4 liter 32-valve V8 engine will be stuffed under the hood. From the photos you can clearly see a few of the features that include side louvers, 4 hood pins, powered by
Ford badge, Skinnies on front, fat drag tires on back, antenna delete, Cobra Jet graphics, 5" Ford Racing tach on dash, Rollbar and custom drag wheels. It's definately shaping up to be an awesome Cobra Jet Drag car.
