Ford's 'Knight Rider' Giveaway, Win A 2008 Shelby GT500KR

NBC and Ford Motor Company are teaming up to give viewers a chance to win a 2008 Shelby GT500KR in the "Ford 'Knight Rider' Giveaway Sweepstakes".

The "Ford 'Knight Rider' Giveaway Sweepstakes" begins at 8 p.m. eastern on Sunday February 17th during the season finale of "American Gladiators" (7-9pm eastern), continues with the 'Knight Rider' two-hour movie (9-11 p.m. eastern) and concludes the next day, Monday, February 18th.  

How the contest works is at four different, pre-determined intervals during the "Knight Rider" movie, approximately every 30 minutes, viewers will be invited to participate in the sweepstakes by answering a question pertaining to the movie by going online. Contestants will be directed to the website www.nbc.com/knightrider. A correct answer is not required for an entrant to make an entry into the sweepstakes but you are limited to just four entries per person for the entire sweepstakes period.

Ford will also be giving away three other vehicles as top prizes.  Check out the press release after the jump for all the information.

    I HAVE TO SAY THAT IT WAS A WONDERFUL IDEA TO TAKE THE FORD SHELBY MUSTANG AND PUT IT TOGEHTER FOR THE PEFECT SHOW, KNIGHTRIDER.IT FITS RIGHT IN.I FEEL THAT THE SHOW WILL BE A HIT.

    Victor, enter the draw. I drive a GT500 and Whomever wins the KR will not be dissappointed. I too, hope the show is a reigning success for the Broadcaster and Ford. Upon first hearing the news, I was skeptical since the first KITT was a T.A. and now it is a Ford. New Era, New KITT.

    I love that they chose to do this. I am a huge Mustang fan and love that the new KITT is one of BEST! I am thrilled about this chance to win one. When I saw the first promo for the new show airing on 2/17 I got so excited because it's also my birthday!

    Hey, I loved Knight Rider as a kid, I am sad to know that I know all the answers to the trivia but I can not enter b/c I am in Canada. BOOOO
    When I see mustangs they make me weak, I love them.

    tried for an hour to submit my answer to win and would not let me fill out the form get started then stopped know my way around computer and have to say contest must be a setup, those who did get through congrats and good luck to the people of the contest if it is bs karma is a MF may it get you good,

    So we watched the movie, entered the contest (got all the answers right as well) and have not seen, heard, nor seen posted literally anywhere that ANY of the cars were ever given away. Was this all a scam to get us to watch ABC for ratings? I am really put off by all this and may just not watch ABC again if this sort of "shell game" continues! Also I think I might boycott Fords now...and to think I was raised next to the Claycomo plant in Missouri...how disappointing this is.

    It's late August and no news of any winners. If it is a shell game we should sue NBC and Ford for false advertising or something. At the very least start a movement to annoy the heck out of NBC with emails.
