Galpin Auto Sports Builds Special Warriors In Pink Mustang to Give Away

Galpin Auto Sports who is behind MTV's pimp my ride was tapped by the Susan G. Komen foundation to build a custom one-of-a-kind Mustang to be given away as a grand prize in the Warriors in Pink Mustang Sweepstakes

The "Galpinzied" Warriors in Pink convertible Mustang features custom pink rally stripes over black paint with a Warriors in Pink logo hand painted on the back.  Other custom touches for the exterior include painting the headlight splitters pink, adding a custom grille and spoiler.  Galpin also dropped the ride height of the Mustang with a lowered sport suspension and added matching twenty-inch pink and black wheels.  To spruce up the interior Galpin added a Kenwood navigation system with 7-inch touch screen, bluetooth capabilities and an iPod adapter.  The seats are plush pink suede with breast cancer awareness ribbons on the headrests to set the interior off.

If you are curious how to win this custom Mustang you must enter the sweepstakes by filling out an online form at FordCares.com before December 31st.  More photos and information after the jump...

  1. Very nice Mustang but it's probably the worse color combination i have seen. Maybe some Mustang girls might like it but would they buy it?

  2. As a breast cancer survivor - I would proudly drive this car and let everyone that sees me in it know that it is THE Breast Cancer Mustang and one that I would proudly drive from now until forever!! It is a beautiful combination, but I guess that only a cancer would really understand the meaning behind this color combination. On one day in 2005, me, my husband, and the dog were all in the hospital at the same time undergoing cancer treatment - I am the only survivor of that group and this car and this color combination means a lot to me!! I am proud that Ford has come forward in the fight - and wish that more would.

  4. I love the combination!! I just wish I would have known about the sweepstakes!! My mom lost the fight to breast cancer at any early age. I would love to drive this Mustang so that more people would remember to fight the fight to find a cure for breast cancer! I even thought of a personalized plate to memorialize my mom and make it more personal. Wish you'd make more so that it will get the attention of more people. Thanks Ford for fighting!!

  6. I have had breast cancer two times in the same area. I have seen the warrior mustang and love it. I have to travel back and forth to doctors and hospitals and the car that I have is a 94 toy corrella and it is about to bite the dust and when it does I will have to find other ways to make my appts. With all the expenses of doctors and hospitals that I have to pay I am unable to work and afford a better vehicle. It would be a mericle if I could win a warrior mustange and drive it with pride and let others out there that there is a chance to survive and beat cancer. Thanks
