Shelby Not Renewing SAAC's License, Wants All Paperwork, Registry & Merchandise Returned Page 2

  1. Add to that information that is sure looks like the day before SAAC was served with the notice, the Carroll Shelby Trust applied for trademark rights to the term "SAAC". So your picture is more than appropriate.
    SAAC will have to change the name of the club plus give up all those rights and infor and books and...
    My question is whose side do us owners of Shelby Mustangs take? And ultimately each of us will have to choose sides even if it only means making a decision as to which Shelby car show to attend or which one to pay dues to. It is kinda hard to look at the information and say that SAAC is being treated fairly.
