Ebay: 5.0 Convertible Morphed Into SL Mercedes Benz

 



I guess this is one way of upgrading from a 91 5.0L convertible to a SL Mercedes Benz droptop.  One Mustang owner decided to make his own Benz the hard way by custom making all the exterior body panels in fiberglass.  Even the convertible top has the Benz look.  Some people just amaze me with the things they do.   1. WHO would do that to a MUSTANG!?! That b-stile IS ugly, But it's a 'satng for crying out loud!!!! Who ever did that needs to be shot!

  3. i don't know if it's "sacreligious" but if the pieces are all one -off hand created the guys a fiberglass working genious for scupting the pieces and mounting them correctly.hell minor bodywork in bondo is beyond most "car" guys

  4. dude......, i can't take it. if i were that good with fiberglass, i would have morphed it into a ford gt or an old, old school cobra.

I thiink it looks cool..its just one of the many bodykits created for the fox era,,,,i have photos of some im going to post soon....if you look at a 84-93 amg 190e mercedes youll see are wheels on them,,very similar to the same year saleen are wheels,,,soooo diffrent wheels, lose the roll bar... and black and it would look better
